PDF - XSL-FO Image Sizing

In PDF - XSL-FO output, the size of an image is set on that image's Graphic style in the Style Designer. Two independent mechanisms are available on a graphic style: the Scale % option, which acts when ePublisher generates the image file, and the dimension properties, which act when the FO engine lays the image out on the page.
